Sean, Michelle and their two sons have lived in the Rancho Vista Community for 2 years. Sean works as an IT and Business consultant and is fortunate to work from home for much of the week. Sean served on the HOA Board Transition Committee and after the first board elections was appointed the Board President for the first year with the HOA turned over to the homeowners. In May of 2008 Sean was reelected to the board and reappointed as the board president. In his slim spare time Sean loves to build wood and iron furniture for his home, actively participate in local politics and strive to live his life in keeping with his faith in Jesus Christ. Sean and Michelle have deep rooted family ties to Arizona and the Southwest and plan to raise their children and future grandchildren here.

Dave moved to Rancho Vista in 2005 with his wife and 3 sons and is a Computer/Network Technician at Estrella Mountain Community College. Dave is serving his 2nd term on the Rancho Vista HOA board. In his down time Dave enjoys playing guitar, camping and anything his boys are involved in.

Charlie moved to Rancho Vista in 2006 with his family and is a senior software developer for a company located in Scottsdale. Charlie brings experience to the board by being involved with previous home owners associations while living in California and by being active in committees in Rancho Vista. In his time away from work, he spends it with his wife, daughter and two sons.

Michelle moved to the Rancho Vista community with her family 2 years ago. Michelle served on the HOA Transition Committee and was elected to the Board of Directors last year. She also served as the board chair of the Community Involvement Committee which handled community events and Neighborhood Watch. She feels strongly about participating within the neighborhood, and hopes to help build a neighborhood that is beautiful, fun and safe to raise her family in. Her husband Sean is also on the board and they have two boys. Michelle has a Bachelor’s degree in Family and Human Development, and for fun she enjoys playing the piano, playing the soprano and alto saxophone, writing and photography.

Roger Hartzog is a Community Manager and a Compliance Manager with Rossmar and Graham. He brings to the Company a wide range of experience from several industries. Roger is a licensed real estate broker, with expertise in both residential real estate sales and property management. He has also practiced as a licensed financial advisor. Roger served in an environmental law enforcement capacity under two State Attorneys General in Arizona, and before moving to Arizona in 1990 he directed a regulatory compliance and enforcement office for the State of Louisiana for several years. He is fully bilingual, speaking, reading and writing both English and Spanish.
