The classifieds section of the website is a paid service to all home owners within the Rancho Vista community. You may advertise on this website and in the community newsletter per fiscal year of the Rancho Vista HOA for the cost of $25 per year.

The pricing works as follows:

For example, the RV HOA Fiscal Year runs from January 1 to December 31.
If you submit your classified in January, your will run until December 31 of that year.
If you submit your classified in November, your classified will run until December 31 of that year.

All classifieds will have a space roughly the size of a business card and is subject to change according to available space.

To submit your classified, please email with your completed classified information. Once a decision is made, you will be contacted whether your classified is approved or not, and how payment can be made to the Rancho Vista HOA.
